John de la Howe School and Barn

Heritage Corridor Site

The John de la Howe School barn was  built in 1931 and for nearly 50 years provided a dairy operation that offered much needed services to John de la Howe School and the surrounding community. The Barn was converted into a country marketplace where Howe-To Industries showcases the hand-made craft products that are made by the students, volunteers, and staff, as well as consigned craft items from local artisans. Many community events are hosted at The Barn throughout the year. Visitors flock to the facility and admire the architecture of this fine building.
