Spring Bonanza
Date: April 17, 2010
Time: 8am to 5pm
One day festival, highlighting arts, high-end crafts, local foods, music, plants and gardening accessories. Special events this year include tethered hot air balloon rides (weather permitting), free performance by professional magician and balloon sculpturer, and repairs to fine crystal by professional glass craftsman. Free native American dance demonstration. Tour historical home and pan for gold at our historical mine site. Many activities are free--as is the convenient shuttle that makes five stops at various highlights.
8-10 am--balloon rides (weather permitting) 3 miles west of town on 378
10-5pm--vendors and shops open for business
