Diana Shore Joslin, local resident and artist, will exhibit newly created works at her solo show, September 19, 2008, from 7-9 pm, at the Red Rooster Art Gallery, located at 118 S. Main St., McCormick, SC.
Joslin loves experimenting with color and mediums but water color remains her first passion. A variety of her creations will be available for the general public to enjoy. Desserts and liquid refreshments will be served.
This event corresponds with a fund raiser benefitting the McCormick County Children's Home--a barbeque sampling on the historic Cotton Gin and Mill Complex, also in downtown McCormick. Scheduled from 6-8 pm, this allows the public to attend and appreciate each event. Tickets may be purchased at the fundraiser.
